STRINGENT MANUFACTURING PROCESS
A welly maintained cleaning scheduled, hygeonically maintained and supervised Bore well is extracting the raw water from a Kirloskar
pump, provides sufficient raw water, which is storted in a storage tank, made of water burry compound with a capacity of 35000 litre .
This sump is well tiled, regularly washed ,cleaned and recorded.
SEDIMENTATION & CHLORINATION
Raw water is extracted from Bore well , is directly stored in to the sump. During the storing process, 33% concentrated commercial
grade chlorine with 10 to 12 ppm concentration, a quantum of 250ml to 300ml for every 5000ltr is added. To this a contact time of 3 to 4
hours is given and allowed the entire water to DISINFECT properly. This chlorine dosage will disinfect the raw water and because of the
contact period , a proper sedimentation takes place. That is heavy materials settled down at the bottom.
PRESSURE SAND FILTERATION
An anti corrosive vessel , containing gradded pebbles, fine silica & sand conducts filteration process. The Water flow is evenly distributed
through the sand media and the maximum of suspended matter gets filtered. Rinsing facility is provided after back wash, which helps to
clear the bed of dirt, fines and to reclassify the medias for the next cycle.Turbidity test is conducted to ensure the removal turbid.
ACTIVATED CARBON FILTERATION
The system is provided with flow of water during treatment. The activated carbon filter removes some of suspended matters, more of
organic impurities and acts as a de-chlorinator. It also removes the smell, also helps to clear the bed of dirt, fines and to reclassify the
carbon granules for the next cycle.
REVERSE OSMOSYS SYSTEM
A high pressure Grundfos pump is used to filter with the membrane filter (film tech make) which remove the complete dissolved
substances. That is total dissolved solid is brought down to lower level , which is good for human consumption.
ULTRA VIOLET DISINFECTION SYSTEM
UV Sterilizer , basically consists of of UV lamps emits Ultra violet rays , which kill the harmfull bacteria present in water. The UV sterilizer
is made of high quality S S grade.
OZONAISATION
OZONE kills all bacteria , this reaction is instantaneous as the gas mixes with water. The reaction rate is 3200 times faster than any
known method. Ozone can be increased or decreased to any desired level for effective treatment of water . It destroys bad effects of
chlorine.
