( 5 7 ) ABSTRACT
The purpos e of the Second LaW Energ y Sy s tem ( F I G. 2) is to
ex tract g rav ity and acceleration f orces f rom s teadily f alling
Water in a s eries of containers . The Water is pum ped up to the
\ iy lillm lllilllilllll
Water container located at the top of the s y s tem by the Water
pum ps . One by one, each Water container is f ully loaded With
Water each s econd and drag s doWn the outer s urf ace of the
larg e cy linder caus ing it to rotate. This s aid cy linder is
attached With a s haf t to the piv ot of the cy linder on a ? x ed
horiZ ontal ax is . The s haf t is m ounted on the toWer s tructure
With a pair of bearing s Which connect to the electric g enerator.
This s y s tem is com pris ed of the s teel cable Wires that Work
dif f erently f rom a conv entional turbine s y s tem . The leng th of
s aid cable Wires s hall be long er than tWo tim es the leng th of
the circum f erence of the outer s urf ace of the cy linder. The
s aid cables Wires are attached to the Water containers us ing
U-s haped clam ps or cram ping dev ice and hang on the top of
the m ain cy linder, m ov ing tog ether Without s lipping and pull
ing doWn the s aid m ain cy linder and the s haf t caus es it to
rotate by the f orce of g rav ity on the Water in the Water con
tainers . This neW concept is dif f erent f rom conv entional
hy dro turbines and old m ill ty pe turbines . The inv ention of the
Second LaW Energ y Sy s tem com pris es cable Wires to hold
Water f or an ex tended am ount of tim e in the Water containers
in order to ex tract kinetic energ y f rom the f alling Water in the
Water containers , alloWing the f ull f orce of g rav ity to act on it
Without touching the m ain cy linder.

BACKGROUN D OF I N V EN TI ON
[ 0001] Applicant ( inv entor) hav e been s tudy ing the con
v entional hy dro s y s tem that ex ploits the g rav ity f orce f rom
the Water that f alling f rom hig h ov er head throug h a Water
tunnel to hit the blades of a turbine Will be hard to rotate the
turbine at the req uired rate of v elocity . The hitting f orce is not
an accelerating f orce, it only Works f or v ery s hort m om ent of
tim e With the v elocity of about 4 3 m eter per s econd to create
v elocity of the turbine With the v ery s hort m om ent of im puls e
f orce, but the Water abs orbs the im puls e f orce its elf . Abov e
s aid v elocity of about 4 3 m eter repres ent the v elocity of the
Water at the m om ent of hitting blades f rom a heig ht of about
1 00 m eters ov er head throug h tunnel. N oW We think about one
ton of Water hitting behind a car per s econd to create v elocity
of the car and in the other cas e, a ? v e ton truck drag g ing the
s am e car With 9. 8 m eter acceleration rate per s econd Which
the s am e as g rav ity f orce, to create v elocity of the car. We can
com pare the tWo cas es . At the ? rs t cas e, the kinetic energ y of
the Water Will be 1/2 m v 2 . This kinetic energ y of the one ton
Water hitting behind the car each s econd is cons tantly the
s am e as at the s tarting point. I n the s econd cas e, the ? v e ton
truck accelerating at 9. 8 m eters per s econd drag s the s am e car
as in the ? rs t cas e. But the dif f erences betWeen the tWo cas es
are v elocity and acceleration and als o liq uid Water and s olid
obj ect. The ? rs t cas e Will not increas e v elocity of the Water
any m ore, j us t s tay on cons tant v elocity of the liq uid Water at
the hitting m om ent. But the v elocity of the truck Will be
increas ed g radually by ev ery s econd. At the s tarting point on
the s econd cas e, the v elocity of the truck Will increas e by rate
of 9. 8 m eter per s econd Without drag g ing the car. This truck
Will reach v elocity of 100 m eters per s econd in about 10
s econds of tim e. I f at the m om ent a v elocity of 100 m eter per
s econd is reached, the ? v e ton truck is hooked on to the car to
drag the car, terrible thing s Will happen. Alternativ ely , if We
think about increas ing the v elocity of the car that is drag g ed
by the 5 ton truck With 9. 8 m eter acceleration rate at the
s tarting point, We Won t hav e the truck s peeding up With
acceleration rate of 9. 8 m eter per s econd. But ? v e tons Water
can do that by us ing 9. 8 m eter per s econd g rav ity ( accelera

acceleration rate per s econd. The abov e-m entioned ? v e tons

m eter hig h to the g round Will create about 5 Meg a j oules
kinetic energ y at the m om ent of cras hing to the ? oor. One
j oule is eq ual to one Watts of electric energ y . We knoW the
m as s of the truck, the acceleration of the truck and the v eloc

the truck Will be be
m is the m as s of the truck; V is v elocity of the truck. Abov e
m entioned tWo cas es and ( F I G. 1) cas e are v ery m uch the
s am e, m as s m Will be s am e as the m as s of the truck, the
cy linder Will be the car and one ton of Water hitting behind the

? nd out f orce of the Water per s econd to hit the blade of the
turbine or to hit the s am e m as s of the car is Will not be the

car the s am e as the drag s or pulling m as s M of the ( F I G. 1) .
But the Water cannot drag the blade of the turbine but hit the
blades of the turbine. We can com pare the hitting and the
drag g ing . We can cons ider hoW m uch Water Will be at the
blade Within one s econd When s upply ing one ton of Water
ev ery s econd onto the hit and g oes turbine. There Will be
about m ax im um one ton of Water at the blades ev ery s econd.
At that s tate of condition F I m a. Kinetic energ y Will be
I f the v elocity of the one ton of the Water at the m om ent of
hitting blade is about 4 3 m eters per s econd at the 100 m eter

energ y . The abov e s y s tem Will los e s om e of the f orce to
f riction at the s urf ace of the Water tunnel. Total kinetic energ y
Will be about s ev enty percent of the potential energ y . Appli
cant think and dream about the Water not es caping af ter hit

nex t tons of the Water, there Will be g reater f orce to rotate the
turbine.
[ 0002] Second loW energ y s y s tem s olv es the problem to
keep the Water on the blades f or ex tended s econds of tim e to
accum ulate am ount of Water ex ploit the g rav ity f orce at the
s am e tim e in ev ery s econd.
