Design an active biquad filter
We will build an band-pass and notch(band-stop) filters for audio
applications
Band-pass/notch filters have 1kHz center frequency
Band-pass filter will increase the spectral purity of 1kHz sine wave
Notch filter can be used to overcome the dynamic range limitation of
commercial spectrum analyzers
One application of your filter looks below

Active biquad filter topology
It has one input and three outputs
Can implement various filter transfer functions
Three filter transfer functions are
Select the transfer functions for band-pass/notch filters

Band-pass filter specifications
Center frequency is 1kHz with <10% variation
Provide >20dB attenuation for all harmonics of 1kHz signal
More than 20dB attenuation for frequencies of 2kHz, 3kHz, etc.
Peak gain of the filter should be within 00.5dB
Notch Filter specifications
Center frequency is 1kHz with <10% variation
Provide >20dB attenuation for all harmonics of 1kHz signal
Noise analysis
Analyze and optimize the noise performance of the band-pass
filter for resistor noise (try to find the big one and reduce it)
Component values
Capacitance : 0.1uF ~ 0.2uF
Resistance : 1k ~ 50k
