Description
The Director of Operations is responsible for continually focusing on achieving
hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and
developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel.
Qualifications
*High school graduate.
*At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or a related field and F&B;
Management experience required.
*College degree in related field, preferred.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be team-oriented, and be
experienced in budgeting and forecasting.
*Fully bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).
*Previous General Manager experience, strongly preferred.
*Previous Rooms Management experience strongly preferred.
