POSITION PROFILE: System Process Manager

This is the position profile in a normalized situation and it recognizes only the core responsibilities.
Effectively manage and maintain all the warehouse management systems (WMS) system set ups being used at !"# level.
$roactively investigate best practices related to industry standards% and too ensure it is effectively implemented in the !"# environment.
Maintaining systems% understanding the different systems% installing control systems and processes% starting% running and upgrading the different
system processes.
Ensure the correct planning and e&ecution of tas's are achieved% and that achievements are in line with Set Targets ( )udgets.
Ensure the !"# continues to run in line with best efficiencies possible in terms of systems and processes.

*mplement ( review ,oice $ic'ing in the relevant areas

Ensure that any process changes which affect procedures are passed on the relevant specials area for procedure edits
