Criminology), Bachelor of Science in Industrial Security Management (BS ISM) and
Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM), this academic year 2012-
2013.

in a place he never been reached before, or how Bugs Bunny can speak despite the
fact that it is an animal then the field of animation, film making and photography can
answer your questions. And to the best of your luck, UB teaches this program under AB
Multimedia Arts.
The course is specifically designed by the university to provide the students with a
broad foundation in multimedia arts including intensive hands-on training on authoring

offering of ABMA, the UB community, particularly the College of Arts and Sciences
(CAS) had several preparations for it. Facilities like the Speech Laboratory undergone
some testing and maintenance procedures. As well as to the part of the faculty, who
then attended training and seminars focusing on the principles and applications of
multimedia arts. Subjects under this course are;_______Through enrolling in the said
course, ABMAs can find their selves in careers such as Multimedia Production and
Management, Advertising, Computer-Based Multimedia Design, Video Production, Print
and Desktop Publishing, Interactive Games Production, Graphic Design, Illustration and
Visualization, Animation, Digital Imaging, Multimedia Education and Training and
Advance Corporate Communication.
Under the supervision of Dean Ma. Annabelle Tenorio, ABMA now forms part of the
universitys College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) with 8 enrolees.

The college shall focus on the study of historical and contemporary patterns of crime,
responses to crime of the society, the causes of criminality and the study of crime as
well as the different forms of delinquency.
With the manement of Dean John B. David, a licensed criminologist, the new College
of Criminal Justice System (CCJS) now has 14 enrolees.
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Security Management
Keeping an area safe from all possible harms and dangers is not an easy task to
accomplish. This is the very reason why, being a security guard do also requires an
enough supplementation of education and training.
BS Industrial Security Management is a program entitled for responding to the new
emerging concepts of security that has been created for the past few times. A new
understanding of security function in the society is emerging which requires a different
and comprehensive approach to managing security function across all segments of the
society. BSISM has taken up this challenge of preparing human resources for
professionally managing security function in line with the evolving nature of and
requirements in the different security sectors both in national and international regions.
Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management
Nowadays, one of the stable businesses is real estate. Thus, do not hinder yourself
to the possibility of becoming a multi-millionaire real estate manager.
With the enactment of Real Estate Service Act (RESA) through Republic Act No.
9496, it is now mandatory to professionalize real estate service practitioners. Through
an enrolment with Real Estate Management as your course, you will be familiarized with
particular jobs and services such as property appraising, assessing, real estate project
developing, real estate consultation, real estate brokering and others. In order to be a
professional Real Estate Manager or broker, one needs to pass the licensure
examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in order to
uphold the standards and practice of service, ensure global competitiveness and
promote the positive growth of the real estate industry. The said course is on its primary
implementation and still undergoing on some sorts of process for its academic
organization.
