1. Rates quoted are nett in Malaysian Ringgit(RM) based on PER PERSON BASIS.
2. Weekday booking (Sunday to Thursday): 10% Discount. Only available for check-in from Sunday and
check-out by Thursday, must be within the same week. Does not apply if that weekday falls on eve / on a
public holiday in Malaysia and Singapore and school holidays in Malaysia & Singapore.
3. Applicable only to Malaysian, Singaporean and foreigners with P.R / working permit in Malaysia.
4. Package must be taken as a whole package. No refund or subsitutes are given for any items on the package
not utilised.
5. No Refund for early departure or incomplete stay.
6. A surcharge of RM45 nett per person applies during eves of public holidays, public holidays and school
holidays in Malaysia & Singapore.
7. A rebate of RM25 per person per way (Peak Season only) if the guests prefers to take the package without
the boat transfers. No rebate will be given during Off-Peak Season

Children sharing same room with 2 Adults - 40% discount on the Twin Adult rate.
Children sharing room with 1 Adult - One of the child will be charge full Twin Adult rate.
If Children not sharing with Adults - two children will be charge full Twin Adult rate.

Check In: after 12.00pm
Check Out: before 10.30am
Any request for check-out time extension will be subject to room availability and management discretion
If extend check out time to / after 3.00pm, there will be a nominal charge of RM100 per room

(Please CHOOSE the preferred boat timing when making booking as some boat will not operate if there is no
request)
The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat timing due to sea, weather and tide conditions.
The resort will not be held responsible for any delayed on arrival due to flight delays or rescheduling, or any delay in 3rd party transportations for whatever
reasons which will subsequently missed our 11.00am boat to the resort. Those who missed the boat will have to charter their own boat.
The resort will not be held responsible for any missed transport connections, whether flights, buses, train or any 3rd party transport, resulting from delays in the
boat transfer arising from weather, seas, winds and tide conditions or/and due to any unexpected mechanical breakdown of the boat.
ELECTRICITY
Please be inform that there be a daily 3 hour power cut-off (03.00pm - 06.00pm) for the off-peak months of
February, March and October. There will be 24-hours electricity from April to September unless due to unforseen
and uncontrollable circumstances.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All confirmed bookings must be paid in full before the expiry of the payment deadline given. Upon the
expiry of the deadline, the booking will be automatically cancel without any further notice.
In the event of cancellation of bookings after full payment was remitted, the following cancellation
policies applies:-
a. More than 1 month to arrival date: Full Refund less Admin Fees (3%) of total value
b. 3 weeks or more to arrival date: 70% Refund less Admin Fees (3%) of total value
c. 2 weeks or more to arrival date: 50% Refund less Admin Fess (3%) of total value
d. Less than 2 weeks: NO Refund
NO REFUND will be made in whole or in part for any unused days or unconsumed food at the Resort
resulting from late arrival or premature departure. Confirmed guests who does not show up will be charged
in full and no refund will be made for whatever reasons.
REVISION of rates is subject to resort discretion and without prior notice.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Full payment must be made payable to D-Coconut Lagoon Sdn Bhd
Payment can be in the form of cheques/direct credit/banks drafts. Fax bank transaction slips or documents
to us as confirmation of payment.
