Business Growth Hub

Marketing and Client Engagement Manager (Ref: CEM3102)


Permanent
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per annum
Location: Manchester city centre

Business Growth Hub is recruiting Marketing and Client Engagement Manager to develop, implement and manage an effective
overall client engagement strategy which will generate leads of sufficient volume and quality to support the development of the
Business Growth Hub and the delivery of its services, targets and objectives.

The duties of the job include:

Identifying key target groups for the Business Growth Hubs services and developing campaigns to target these groups.
Developing and managing a strong online presence for the Business Growth Hub, keeping sites up to date, measuring
success using Google Analytics, leading on SEO activity and further developing to continually improving the customer
experience.
Developing and delivering copy written communications to both external and internal audiences, taking the lead
responsibility for key channels.
Leading social media development and managing social media channels for the Business Growth Hub drawing together
and integrating service promotion.
Continually identifying new mechanisms to raise the profile of the Business Growth Hub and its portfolio of services.
Proactively identifying ways to ensure that Business Growth Hub clients receive a consistent set of messages and
communications during their ongoing engagement with the programmes.
Managing the Business Growth Hubs event team; ensuring that the events programme meets client requirements and
the objectives of the Business Growth Hub.

We would like to hear from you if you have/are:

The ability to develop and deliver a consistent set of messages for the Business Growth Hub and its portfolio of services
The ability to develop practical client engagement plans for the Hub and its programmes that generate new clients from
target market groups.
The ability to manage, on a day-to-day basis, the implementation of agreed marketing activity, covering all elements of
the marketing and events mix, including all marketing channels
The ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal customers in a manner similar to that of an external
consultant or agency
The ability to ensure that all agreed activities are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
The ability to be responsible for ensuring that the project service, ERDF, RGF and other funders brands are
appropriately and consistently represented across all Business Growth Hub activities and that brand guidelines and
values are clearly defined, communicated and adhered to. Also to ensure that other partner brands are appropriately
and accurately represented.
The ability to work closely with the Groups central marketing and design teams and also manage external agencies to
support the implementation of agreed activities against agreed design briefs.
The ability to work with other business managers to develop and launch new or improved service/product offerings to
help meet agreed objectives
