Background Information: Helping the community through institutionalization of the various skills training and livelihood projects is the thrust of the university taking its lead of becoming the center of development. Thus, the College of Industrial Technology, through the collaborative endeavor of administration, and faculty spearheaded the training programs and livelihood projects relative to the technology areas. Enhancement of their skills, capabilities and competencies is the primordial objective of the project which eventually boosts their morale and outlook in life.
