This is to certify that MR. AMREND PRASAD SHAH, permanent resident of VDC
Dhangadha, Sarlahi, had served in the Hanumaan Construction, for a period of 6 month from
August 19, 2013 to February 20, 2014, as Site Engineer during the construction of the Bachelor
Studies building of Nepal Army in Bhaktapur and women Centre at Dhulikhel hospital in
Dhulikhel.

The major responsibilities given to him were to supervise the site works assigned to him and
ensure that the same were done as per the drawings. He was also responsible in ensuring quality
control during the construction. He took active part in discussions with the technical team in
finding feasible solutions of many obstacles that occurred in the site.

During this tenure of his work Mr. Shah remained involved in his work dedicated and we found
him active in whatever task was assigned to him. He is professionally sound, hard-working and a
dedicated staff. He has the motivation to take initiative tasks. Moreover, during his service we
found him to be sincere and reliable and he has the ability to work efficiently in a team.
