Sponsorship Packages

Official Event Sponsor

We have the opportunity available for several Official Event Level Sponsors for the
fundraiser. This level presents the most opportunity for your company to be at the forefront
of the fundraiser. Your company will receive the most exposure and is a great value for your
company.

For a sponsorship of $5,000, the sponsor will enjoy the most benefits of any of our
sponsorship packages.

The package includes the following:
1. Your company name and logo appearing on the evenings program as the Official
Presenter of the fundraiser (example: Key-Action Network Annual Fundraising
Dinner and Dance Presented by Your company name and logo).
2. A large banner advertisement over top of the main table.
3. Your company name and logo in a prominent location on all of our promotional
materials.
4. You will receive a full page ad in our program with your company name and logo.
5. Rights to use our name and logo in your materials.
6. High visibility to 500 guests at our event.
7. The opportunity to partner with Key-Action Network in the future.
8. A VIP table for 10 reserved just for you plus tickets to the event.

program and on our website.

As a silver level sponsor, you will receive a medium sized ad in our program. You will get

For a sponsorship of $2,000, the sponsor will enjoy the following benefits:

program and on our website.
2. You will receive a medium size ad in our program with your company name and
logo.
3. You will receive rights to use our name and logo in your materials.
4. You will receive 4 complimentary tickets to the event.

Bronze Level Sponsor

For a sponsorship of $1000, the sponsor will receive the following:

and on our website.
2. You will receive a small size ad in our program with your company name and logo.
3. You will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event.

For a sponsorship of $200, the sponsor will receive:
1. Your company will be listed as a Friend of the Dinner Sponsor on the evenings
program on our website and in our program.
2. You will also receive a business card size ad in our program.

NOTE: Sponsorships may not be eligible for a charitable receipt for the full amount.

You may also choose to donate services or merchandise for either a door prize or to use in
our silent auction. All merchandise donations will be eligible for a charitable tax receipt for
the value of the item. Please note that the organizers will select which items will be door
prizes and which items will appear in our silent auction. Selections will be made in order
for us to provide the best to our guests. All donors may include a business card that we may
attach to the prize and will receive mention in our program and on our website.

NOTE: Donations of gift cards are also welcome, however they are not eligible for a
charitable tax receipt.
