kinds of it make and other equipment of this sports
The relationship of arnis as combat martial art and arnis as game sports
The dos and donts of arnis and it discipline as a true martial arts
Arnis a Filipino martial arts, a sports

Additional lecture or additional information. The lesson, intellectual and written
regarding Kali
Cool warm-up, Filipino cool games (ex. Patintero, Habulan, Sikyo)
Skipping rope
Calisthenics and additional lectures and practical know how
Continuous tactical and technical approach in arnis, storytelling of experiences
Cool conversations in reaction with the sports
