ACCOMMADATIONS:
Room rates are $129.00 +tax (currently 15.5%) and fees per night. The maximum number of guests
permitted in a King Bedded room is three (3) and in a Double Bedded room is four (4). These rates will
be made available two days prior/post the reunion dates.
RESERVATONS:
Call 1-877-999-3223 to reserve your rooms at the contracted rates. Refer to the St. Francis-St. Emma
Alumni. All individual reservations should be made by 07-14-2014 by credit card or by advanced deposit.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

Check-in begins at 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM. The hotel will honor early check-in on a
space available basis.
PARKING:
A convenient indoor, self-park, garage is located adjacent to the hotel. The current rates for the reunion
are $15.00 per day for overnight guests and $32.00 maximum daily rate for non-registered guests.
Hourly rates are also available for non-registered guests who are attending individual events.
