Presentation of the partners reflexion on the implementation of a JOT:

o Polish context: presentation of 2 trades suffering from bad image:
Salesman
Debt collector
o Portuguese context: need to give a better image of the mechanic sector to adult
people
o Italian context: the Job Centre missions were accomplished by public employees
and private agencies. A regional Agency for Employment will now be entrusted

o Scottish context: Construction, engineering, mechanic and looking for old people
are suffering from bad image (unlike carpentry, electrical, plumbing, gas fitting,
nursing & childcare).

Restart. These beneficiaries will experiment a JOT to get a better image of
elderly/home care jobs.
o Turkish context: Many unemployed people would like to change profession. 80%
of them are ready to get a new training course. Only 16% had a training course
for a new job. 25% think that having education is not useful to get a new job.
