Body Psychotherapy training in Pristina Kosovo - BPT/Kosova

Work in Progress Januar 2010

The BPT/Kosova is called Integrative Body Mind Psychotherapy and is a training program over
three years. There will be modules with credit points to ease the control about the completion of the
training requirements. The themes of the training are presented over time in the methodology of a
funnel. First broad information, then deepened theoretically as well as in practical self-experience.

Conception of man
The conception of man in Integrative Body Mind Psychotherapy is rooted in humanistic
psychology, in modern deep-psychology and in modern neurobiology, which is supporting the
overcoming of the dualistic split of soma/psyche in classical school medicine. The bio psychosocial
model for disturbances, the salutogene aspect for personal growth and the spiritual aspect of human
beings are basic assumptions for the conscious choice of the therapeutic alliance.
