GreenWave Strategies
GreenWave Strategies builds awareness and action through communications, marketing, fundraising and
partnerships. We collaborate with visionary environmental organizations, eco-friendly businesses and
Green media teams to bring positive visions, practices and products into the world -- and shift the cultural
paradigm toward sustainability. Our client projects include: renewable energy (biofuels made from
manure); forest protection and waste reduction (through stopping junk mail); promoting eco-friendly
farming practices; inspiring nontoxic households and communities; and influencing California water
policies and practices.

The Institute for Environmental Entrepreneurship
IEE created the Green MBA program, the first to teach business practices that achieve environmental and
social sustainability while maintaining a solid financial bottom line. The Institute continues to provide
connections for the students, faculty and alumni of Green MBA with businesses, government and the
larger community. IEE created and manages the Sustainable Enterprise Cluster a group of small
organizations and consultants brought together to share resources and knowledge.
IEE also sponsors Enterprise Futures Network.

Slow Money is a new, non-profit intermediary dedicated to catalyzing the flow of capital to enterprises that
support soil fertility and local food communities. Slow Money is now working on a national campaign to
get signatories to the Slow Money Principles, and to grow membership in the Slow Money Alliance, in

Survival International
Survival is the only international organization supporting tribal peoples worldwide. Today, Survival has
supporters in 82 countries. We work for tribal peoples’ rights in three complementary ways: education,
advocacy and campaigns. We also offer tribal people themselves a platform to address the world. We
work closely with local indigenous organizations, and focus on tribal peoples who have the most to lose,
usually those most recently in contact with the outside world. We believe that public opinion is the most
effective force for change. Its power will make it harder, and eventually impossible, for governments and
companies to oppress tribal peoples.
