NASHVILLE, Tenn.

Dataium, LLC, the largest aggregator of in-market automotive shopper behavior, has settled
with the New Jersey consumer affairs division over an inquiry regarding the use of software code for tracking visitors
to websites.
Ofcials with the Nashville-based company say they complied with state and federal laws, but settled to avoid the
cost of litigation. Dataium fully cooperated with the inquiry by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, Ofce
of Consumer Protection.
Last week, we were able to resolve the inquiry amicably and without any ndings of wrongdoing or admitting any
liability, said Angie Sherrell, Dataium Managing Director. The order reafrms that we will continue our current
practices of complying with all applicable legal requirements pertaining to notice, disclosure and use of consumer
information.
