Safe Action pistol. It employs innovative safety features which makes the pistol easy to

It is exactly these characteristics that meet the requirements of police, special units,
security services and the military. Extremely tough tests by public law enforcement
agencies prove time and time again that GLOCK Safe Action pistols function without
compromise, even under the most extreme conditions.
SAFE ACTI ON
Safe and ingeniously simple: Contrary to conventional, the trigger is the only
operating element. All three pistol safeties are deactivated when the trigger is
pulled - and automatically activated when it is released.
TENI FER
Unique GLOCK hi-tech surface refnement for barrel and slide. Apart from
optimum corrosion protection and anti-refective fnish, a degree of hardness of
64 HRC close to that of a diamond is achieved.
POLYMER
Corrosion resistant, tougher than steel and still 86% lighter than most other

pistols. This simplifes spare parts logistics, reduces susceptibility to errors, reduces

quality inspections. Also prior to delivery, your new GLOCK pistol is checked and test fred with test ammunition.
The prepackaged pistol confguration is maximized to best meet the needs of the majority of shooters (see table on
next page). Upon request, GLOCK can also individually equip a pistol with options according to the requirements

STANDARD
GLOCK pistols in the standard size are designed
for open carry by law enforcement agencies and the
military. Top grip ergonomics and simplest handling
account for the widespread use and popularity among

COMPACT
GLOCK pistols in the compact size can be used univer-
sally. Both open and concealed pistol carry is comfortably
possible. The integrated mounting rail allows the mounting

1. Handle all frearms as if
they were loaded.
2. Always keep the frearm
pointed in a safe direction.
3. Keep your fnger out of
the guns trigger guard
and off the trigger
until you have aligned
the guns sights on a safe
target and you have made
the decision to fre.

your target and the
surrounding area are
safe before fring.
5. Whenever you handle

a safe direction with
your fnger outside the
trigger guard) is to open the
action to determine whether

The GLOCK 19 is ideal for versatile use
through reduced dimensions compared with the standard pistol size. With

The triumphant advance of the smallest GLOCK pistol, specially devel-
oped for concealed carry and previously a domain of 5-round snubnose
revolvers, started with the presentation of the GLOCK 26 in August 1994.

Obtaining the greatest accuracy for target
engagement was the decisive reason for the
development of the GLOCK 34 with extended
barrel, greater slide dimensions and long distance between the sights.
This highly-accurate pistol has found widespread use as a competitive pistol
for IPSC.
TRI GGER SYSTEM
The Safe Action system is
a partly tensioned fring pin
lock, which is moved further
back by the trigger bar when
the trigger is pulled.
When the trigger is pulled, 3
safety features are automa-
tically deactivated one after
another. When doing so,
the trigger bar is defected
downward by the connector
and the fring pin is released
under full load. When the
trigger is released, all three
safety features reengage and

Attending the GLOCK Armourers Course will make you a certifed GLOCK Armorer!
GLOCK trainers will familiarize you with the nomenclature of the GLOCK pistol. You will
learn the skills required for practical use. Performing service and maintenance operations as
well as the functioning of the Safe Action system will be demonstrated together with all
safety precautions.
Upon completion of the GLOCK Armorers
Course, and satisfactory grade on a practical
exam, you will receive a certifcate as a

by special units, police
and army have shown
that static shooting training
without simulated situations
has little to do with the real
requirements of every day
usage. The GLOCK 17T training
pistols were developed for this purpose to enable reality-
based tactical operations training with color marking or plastic
bullet ammunition.

impulse generator integrated in the
barrel is activated by the launching
of the fring pin, resulting in a vir-
tual hit on a simulator screen. The
Safe Action trigger is automati-
cally reset in the foremost position
after every simulated shot.

GLOCK SECURITY CASE
As an alternative to the standard GLOCK pistol case, the GLOCK security case offers
the weapon owner additional safety for storing and transporting the GLOCK pistol. An
integrated cylinder lock protects the pistol from unauthorized access. The case is able to
comfortably accommodate all items of the GLOCK pistol set (page 8). The lightweight
outer shell is manufactured from impact-resistant and weatherproof GLOCK polymer.
THE KEY
The same key system as for the GLOCK safety lock is also used for the GLOCK security case.
Locking both pistol and case with one key is also possible if required. Ingeniously simple!

Like no other pistol, GLOCK pistols permit almost unrestricted compatibility of the
magazines within a caliber. Standard magazines, for instance, can also be used for backup
weapons. Compact and subcompact GLOCK pistol model magazines can be loaded
with a convincing number of rounds
i.e. GLOCK 26: up to 33 rounds.
The innovative polymer frame of the GLOCK
pistol does not require grip shells. As a result, it
has considerably more space for the magazine
body and enables double-row staggered cartridge
confguration. For this reason, GLOCK pistols
are superior in frepower to conventional pistol
models of the same size.
GLOCK magazines have a stiff metal tube
encased in the proven GLOCK high-tech
polymer. This resists deformation even
when dropped from great height or exposed to
extreme environment conditions.

(0.27 in.). Rear sights are also available in heights of 6.1 mm (0.24 in.),

The optional GLOCK New York trigger springs produce revolver-like trigger action,
facilitating the acclimation from traditional revolvers to semi-automatics.

the factory. It provides constant trigger pull resistance over the entire
trigger travel.

The GLOCK New York trigger has its name from the New York Police
Department. It facilitates offcers changing from revolvers to pistols.

ORIGINAL GLOCK TOOLS
GLOCK pistols systems are characterized by low maintenance and repair expenditure important criteria for
any selection process by law enforcement agencies. Because of the simple design of our pistols, you, as an
armorer, will require few tools for properly maintaining GLOCK Safe Action pistols.
PISTOL CLEANING SET
The GLOCK cleaning set refects the largely maintenance-free design
of the GLOCK pistol. Each pistol comes with a nylon brush with
cleaning handle. A special brass brush is standard for GLOCK
training pistols.
MOUNTING TOOL FOR FRONT SIGHT
For installing the GLOCK steel front sight and the GLOCK front
night sight. Simply ft the front sight installer to the slide of the pistol.
By turning the screw, the front sight is installed under compression
using a special adhesive.

REAR SIGHT MOUNTING TOOL
The GLOCK rear sight mounting tool allows the
safe, simple and accurate installation or change
of the rear sight. It can be used in the same
way for all GLOCK rear sights polymer,
steel, night sight and adjustable sight.
