Dear Navdeep

With reference to your interview, we are pleased to inform that you have been selected to join
us as Senior Engineer PDE in Product Development Engineering Department at
Business Unit - 2, Manesar, Gurgaon and this subjected to your acceptance of the terms of
offer which are as follows:

1. SALARY
On joining your basic pay is fixed at Rs.15873/-. The salary and benefits applicable to you in
the above scale are:

2. PROBATION
You will be on probation for a period of one year. On satisfactory completion of your
probationary period you may be confirmed in our services. If your performance is not up to
the mark during the probation period, your services will be terminated. It is to be noted that
stating of any reason is not required for the same.

3. CONFIRMATION
Pricol passionately & firmly believes that its employees should be people of competence &
character. Hence, competencies/skill levels are pegged at four levels: viz.,

Confirmation of employment is based on an employee finding himself / herself at level 2 &
above, i.e., Consistent Contributor & above level. This shall be based on HOD view of an
incumbent based on his/her performance & potential of the employee in question.

4. TRANSFER
Your services can be transferred from one job to another, one location to another, one
holding Company to any of its subsidiary / associates / sister company anywhere existing at
present or to be set up in future. Your employment is transferable in the interests of the
organisation, wherever our corporate functions are extended.

5. LEAVE & OTHER PERKS
You are eligible for 30 days leave in a year (10 Days can be encashable if unavailed),
Provident Fund and Gratuity as applicable to your band level.

6. NOTICE PAY
The notice period / notice pay payable in case of termination / discharge or resignation by
either side is one month during Probation. After confirmation, notice period / notice pay
payable in case of termination / discharge or resignation by either side is Forty Five days.

7. RETIREMENT
The age for Superannuation is 58 Years.

8. EXODUS ON AN YEARLY BASIS:
You are informed that as a policy of the company, the last 2% of employees who fall in the
bracket of poor performers will be required to leave the company irrespective of their
individual performance on a yearly basis. No reason need to be assigned for the same & the
identification will be by way of performance appraisals.

9. SERVICE AGREEMENT
Please note that you will have to execute an Service agreement for a minimum period of
three years from the day you join us

10. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Company, in force from time to time and
will look after the interests of the Company.

You are requested to join us at the earliest. Your confirmation of acceptance to this offer
should reach us on or before 26
th
March 2014. In the event of failing to confirm your
acceptance of our offer within the stipulated date; we shall presume that you are not
interested in the same.
