5. Achieve Efficiencies at Non-territorial circles
a. Mtce regions till O&M is in-house. If outsourced then Territorial circle
would monitor

C. Merge NATFM with technical centres

e. WB can manage CTS
6. Obtain salary support from Govt for financial revival
a. Optimise manpower on the Basis of internal benchmarking till network
outsourced and ERP takes effect

1. No Non-Executive manpower in Other Telecom service providers
2. Overall operational manpower for Executives 6500 DELs/Executive
3. In sales 15000/executive, Marketing 1 lakh /Executive, CSD
30000/Executive, Technical 31250 Dels/ executives, Finance 7% of all the
above total, HR 3 % off the above total
4. Corporate Office 5-10 % of over all on rolls
5. Civil,Elect,Arch- Not existing in the Market
6. Non Executive Circle office manpower : TM, TTA as per Kerala norms
for CFA, Sr ToA as is till ERP, Rest of Non Executives as supernumerary
till retirement
7. For Area office: 409 connections/TM RM SrTOA as is till ERP, TTA 2991
Connections, Rest of non executives supernumerary
8. Skill Family: Mktg, Sales, CSD, IT DGM and above MBA, AGm Band
Graduate with sales experience/Mktg - for IT BE/Btech MCA with 5
years
9. Staffing strategy: Mix of On Roll and Off Roll But no DPE guidelines
for hiring Off Roll employees
10. Career progression: JTO to AGM to be clubbed as an operational Band-
