Hard to Solve!
It takes me a lot of computing time,
and still cant complete calculating.
I think the reason is too many nonlinearities,
the contact regions between this model is
very complex, so I have to simplify the
model.
Create a 21 12 9mm plate
Later, the result like
deformationstrain or stress
of this model is not true, all I
can get is only the distribution
of the result.

The material of shell is Stainless Steel ,
belong to ductile material , so we
concern the Von-Mises Stress of bottom .
And glass is belong to brittle material , so
we concern the maximum principle stress
of top .

Conclusion
No matter the tank is installed or not , the
maximum values of deformationVon-Mises
stress and maximum priciple stress are occurred
at about Su
o
of rotate angle.
If rotate angle is smaller than 9u
o

,the
deformationVon-Mises stress and maximum
priciple stress will decrease when tank is
installed. But they will increase if rotate angle is
biggerer than 9u
o
Future Work
Try to use the real model to create a
equivalent simple plate, which can perform
stress same as the real model.
Learning Fluent and combine with Static
Structure , then change the geometry to
minimize the stress .
