Buyer has reviewed and disapproves the Home Inspection Report for the Property and requests that the Seller
perform the following repairs before COE. Copies of the relevant pages from the Home Inspection Report
identifying these items are attached. All repairs (except general home maintenance) are to be done by a licensed
Nevada contractor. Buyer reserves the right to approve the repairs at Walk Through Inspection as set forth in the
Purchase Agreement. (Note: this Request is only effective if the repairs are specifically set forth below and
the relevant pages from the inspection report are attached.)
