The Customer Relationships solution will include:
1. Online application for Personal and Corporate accounts supporting
Account opening process, connected to CRM and Clients Portal.
2. Form for Demo accounts connected to CRM capturing the Lead and
Connected to MT4/5.
3. LiveChat connected to CRM identifying the account and sending copy of
transcripts back to CRM clients account record for future references.
4. CRM customization for brokers needs. SugarCRM license (1yeasr, 3
licenses) cost is included.
5. Clients Portal connected to CRM and payment systems. The Portal will be
involved into account opening process.
