Change of State of Eligibility / Category

The Central Counselling Board -2011 (CCB-2011) has initiated a process for correction of erroneous entries that the
candidates might have made while filling the AIEEE application form. The entries pertaining to State of Eligibility
and Category of the candidates will have an important bearing on the seat allotment process under CCB-2011.
Hence, if required the Candidates are being provided with this one time opportunity to correct the erroneous
entries before the start of the central counselling process. Candidate desirous of such corrections are requested to
submit the documents as given below:
(i) State of Eligibility:
For correcting the State of Eligibility, candidates have to submit details & certificate of the school / college
where they have registered and studied for the qualifying examination. The certificate should be duly signed
by the Head of the school / college on official stationary
(ii) Category:
For correcting the Category status, the candidates have to submit the latest category certificate issued by
the competent authority along with a notarised / attested copy of the same. The attestation should be done
by a Gazetted officer only.
Candidates seeking corrections have to appear personally with the duly filled & signed proforma, with all the
relevant original documents and their notarised / attested copies, at NITK Surathkal as per details given below.

In addition to NITK, Surathkal the candidates may also avail this facility at any of the four metro locations namely
Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai. CCB -2011 officials will be available at these places during May 20 and 21,
2011. The exact location and contact details of the venue at metros will be provided by May, 06, 2011.

Note: 1. Personal appearance of candidates seeking correction is mandatory.
2. No further corrections would be entertained beyond May 21, 2011.
