machine was installed as on 20/09/1999 from International Office Equipment, 54 Dilkusha
C/A, Dhaka through our Head Office letter No.-MC/Work Order/99/MMZ-556 dated 08-09-
99. Brand name of which is “Chihua” & Model No. is CH-600A.
Therefor, we would request your honour to arrange to repr the Cash Counting Machine at an
early date for smooth running of our Cash Department.

machine & accordingly they submitted us an indent of some spare parts alongwith the price of
those items (copy enclosed) which are required to replace in this regard.

We would therefore, request your honour to consider their indent for repring purpose of our
Cash Counting Machine at an early date for smooth running of our Cash Department.

We would enclose herewith a Bill for Tk.6,400/- (Tk. Six thousand four hundred) only since
received from Rangs Industries Ltd. Barisal Service Center for emergency repairing of our
Mitsubishi Generator Machine Model No.-6700. We informed the matter to Rangs Industries
Service Center, Barisal over telephone with a request to repair the same as an urgent basis.
Accordingly they repaired by replacement of some spare parts of the Generator Machine as per
bill enclosed.

We, therefore, request to accord your approval of Exp. A/c. Machine equipment for Tk.6,400/- in
favour of Rangs Industries Ltd. Barisal Service Center, Barisal and oblige there by.
