Hexagon Distributors Sdn. Bhd. (HDSB) is a subsidiary of Hexagon Holdings Berhad and is
grouped under the trading and distribution division. HDSB is a one-stop solutions provider for
industrial products and services, specializing primarily in products which are used in fow
handling, instrumentation, corrosive applications, steam applications, fltration applications,
safety processes, drilling processes and other specialty applications.
Our products and services have been supplied to oilfelds, (petro)chemical plants, oil refneries,
oil and gas storage facilities, power generation plants, semiconductor plants, water treatment
facilities and renewable energy plants (i.e. oil palm, solar, hydro).
HDSB headquarters is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Currently, it has 4 other branch
offces in Malaysia, namely in Penang, Kuantan, Johor and Bintulu. In the region and beyond,
there are associate offces and distributors presence in 7 other countries including Vietnam
(own subsidiary office), Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei, China (own subsidiary
offce) and Middle East.

Darwin International (Shanghai) Trading Co. Ltd., is a subsidiary of Hexagon Distributors
Sdn. Bhd. It is an international trading company which supplies high quality industrial
engineering products to the oil and gas, coal gasifcation, chemical and power generation
industries. Darwins offce is located in Shanghai and it serves the whole China market.

Hexagon Composite Sdn. Bhd. (HCSB), formerly a division of Polymer Composite Asia
Sdn. Bhd. has become a 100% owned subsidiary company of Hexagon Distributors
Sdn. Bhd. It manufactures fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) products under the
brand name of Trugrid

. HCSB supplies products and services to a broad range of

industries, including oil and gas, power and utilities, (petro)chemical, marine, water
treatment, and infrastructure.
HCSB manufacturing process has been certified with ISO 9001 and BS-4592, thus
ensuring premium quality and reliable products. Apart from this, HCSB products have
passed the most stringent customer specifcations and are approved by many major local
and multinational companies. Presently, its factory is located in Selangor, Malaysia.
BORNEO POLYMER COMPOSITES SDN. BHD.
Borneo Polymer Composites Sdn. Bhd. (BPC) is an associate company of Hexagon
Composite Sdn. Bhd. with Petronas License. It is incorporated in Kota Kinabalu as a
Sabah Bumiputera FRP manufacturing company which focuses on supply of gratings and
cable management systems to Petronas, state and government-linked projects. Hexagon
Composite serves as a technology partner to BPC in the manufacture of the FRP products.
