With the increase in the awareness level of TPM in Indian Industry, it becomes imperative for the
plant personnel to understand and to know how to deploy TPM. In order to bridge the above gap, we
are organizing TPM Deployment Seminars across the country.

With a properly implemented Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, it is possible to
eliminate loss, increase profit and create a better working environment. TPM aims to establish a
corporate culture that will maximize production system effectiveness. It organizes a practical shop-
floor system to prevent losses before they occur throughout the entire production system life cycle
with a view to achieving zero accidents, zero defects and zero breakdowns, TPM is designed for
manufacturing, but its concepts can also be deployed company wide involving all personnel. TPM
involves all the departments of an organization including production, development, utilize
uniqueness lies in the design which incorporates Top down & Bottom up approach for achieving
assured success & sustainment of activities & results sales and management, every employee from
top management down to front-line operators, to achieve zero loss through TPM activities.

The unique 8-Pillar approach of TPM is comprehensive and total in the way that it encompasses all
activities and all employees, top to bottom in the Company, towards the improvements Deployment
basically means to implement these activities in small and well-synchronized steps. These steps are
designed to steadily graduate people and activities from one level of achievement to the next, while
gradually modifying traditional ways into TPM way. TPM thus brings in a total cultural change in the
whole organisation always looking towards improvements and betterment.
