With reference to the above matter, the Indian Cultural Society of Multimedia University
Cyberjaya will be organizing an annual event called “Bharani Project.” The details of this
event are as follow:

DATE : 17 APRIL 2009 – 19 APRIL 2009

TIME : 8am – 7pm
VENUE : SJK (T) Ladang Kawang, Ladang Sungai Kawang,
28500 Lanchang, Pahang Darul Makmur.

2. The entire committee moves with the spirit of fulfilling the objectives. The main
objective of Bharani Project is to expose our fellow Indian students in rural areas of
university environment and ways to work towards it. The project’s aim is to construct a
platform where students can encounter their talent in education and create consciousness
among us as the people of the same community. This event will also provide the
members with plenty of revelation on leadership, management, team work and
personality. Therefore, we would like to kindly call for your funding for mentioned event

3. For your information, payment can be made by cheque and donations. The event’s
name and the reference number should be written behind each cheque made and
donations must be issued with vouchers. All cheque must be payable to:
