TRIO-H
Formwork for housing construction
Corners and filler spaces
are formed with standard
TRIO elements.
Safe working conditions
through securely mounted
platforms and access
ladder.
Extremely short formworking times
- all formwork activities, such as
element connections, crane lifts and
ties, are carried out on the ground
- only 1 tie required up to 3.00 m concre-
ting height (2.70 m
2
wall area per tie)
- large-sized elements with a 13.50 m
2
maximum (5.40 m wide, 2.70 m high)
- securely mounted, foldable concre-
ting platforms with integrated guar-
drails and access ladder
- securely attached crane lifting units on
every element makes moving easier
- accessory boxes for ties, connecting
elements and other accessories.
High-grade surface quality
- only 1 tie required up to 3.00 m con-
creting height
- large-sized elements (max. 13.50 m

for an architectural concrete finish
which is ready for wallpapering
- plywood is screwed on from the rear
that leaves no unsightly screw or nail
impressions

TRH Ties 15-30/99
Wall thicknesses are pre-adjusted in
10 mm increments.
The cone-shaped tie ensures
easy striking. Only one turn
and the tie is loosened.

ponent for TRIO-H as well.
PERI TRIO-H formwork is an
especially fast and cost-effecti-
ve wall formwork.
Its a familiar problem: the formwork
is closed, the concrete is there but
the concreting scaffold is missing.
Instant safety
With TRIO-H, the concreting scaffold
is an integrated part of the formwork
and remains fixed to the unit. It is
simply folded out, secured and
the scaffold is in position.

Operator-friendly
No ladder is required for attaching
the TRIO-H elements to the crane
slings. The permanently-attached
crane sling on all TRIO-H elements
hangs within reach and is hooked
up from the ground.
TRIO-H elements are
moved together with
push-pull props, con-
creting platforms and
ladders.
Complete movable units
Large-sized elements up to 14.58 m
2
are moved as one unit. The push-
pull props, concreting scaffold
with handrails and end handrail
frame as well as access ladders,
remain attached to the unit.
TRH ties have a proper
place in the tie box on
the element.
Attaching the unit to the
crane chains is done
safely, and without a
ladder, from the ground.

with 60 x 60 cm internal cor-
ner.
Securely mounted ladders
provide safe access to the
concreting platforms.
Large-sized elements of up to

height, results in high-grade
architectural concrete surfaces.
