PTO Meetings
Come to our monthly meeting from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and help plan activities. Includes an "Ask the Headmaster Session" at the
beginning of the meeting for questions or concerns parents may have. Fall dates are: 9/15, 10/15, 11/17 and 12/8.

School Store Committee
Work a few hours at the High School selling school apparel. Apparel is usually sold in the store and in the lobby during special
events and selected holiday times.

General Help
Occasional daytime or evening hours for mailings, event set-up/breakdowns etc.

Grade Open House Committee - October
Represent the PTO by passing out information to parents of incoming students.

Trivia Night Committee February 7, 2015
The proceeds from this event pay for the 11
th
Grade Up all Night Party, held at Tufts Gantcher Field House, after the Junior
Prom, as well as other events at the high school/vocational school. Volunteers are needed to help with the planning,
fundraising, advertising, set-up and clean-up, and of course, bakers will also be needed.

Prom Dress Shop February/March
Assist with the donation, organization, and set up of the dress shop with dresses available to students for the Sophomore Semi-
Formal, Junior and Senior Prom.

Staff Appreciation Breakfast Committee March 18, 2015
This is a thank you breakfast for all teachers and staff at the high school and vocational school. Volunteers are needed to bake
breakfast foods (i.e. muffins, breads, quiches, scones, etc.). Other items needed are assorted beverages and fruits. Additionally,
volunteers are needed for set-up, assisting during event, and clean-up. This event consists of one/two hours the night prior to
event, and the morning of the event.

Grade "Up all Night Party" Committee - May 8, 2015
Parents from all grades are needed for chaperoning the Up all Night Party, which occurs after the Junior Prom. Volunteer for
three hour shifts, or the entire evening. In addition to chaperones, volunteers are needed for soliciting food donations, pick-up
of donated foods, set-up and clean-up of the event. Food, music, and entertainment are provided to the attending students.
Set-up begins at 10 PM, with clean-up finishing at approximately 6:00 AM.

Slush Day Social Committee - June
Help serve slush to 9, 10, and 11
th
grade students on the last full day of school in June 2015. Work one, two, or three hours -
whatever fits your schedule.
