devise services for clients. Our focus will be the public sector market in remote
communities across Malaysia. We choose KIT Network Sdn. Bhd because of KIT
stand for Keep In Touch. Our company had design the pendrive which is network
devise completed with alarm that will warn the owner that their pendrive is in
their protection. Their pendrive will not easily disappear.

The KIT network Enterprise is under technology sector and the reason why we
choose this sector as our main sector because we believe Malaysia has the
capacity and potential to become a market leader in the sector.
1.3 Industry Profile
KIT Network Enterprise is a start-up manufacturing firm which will be managed
by five executives representing general manager, administration, marketing,
operation, and finance. These executives bring to the company a large degree of
experience in the equipment manufacturing industry. Our perceive an opportunity
to acquire a significant amount of market share by focusing on the specific needs
of the commercial technology industry and by providing greater precision
controls to ours products than other competitors. The company will be organized
as a closely-held corporation with a majority of the shares held by the five
principle executives. Our company will be seeking to raise approximately $4.5
million in loans and another $500,000 from private investors for start-up
purposes. The company will have one manufacturing facility in Bayan Lepas,
Pulau Pinang.

Most do not want to speak "if only" when they know they could have a better
outcome by choosing the right date from the beginning. Our company start-up
date is on 14th February 2014. We have choose this date because we believe that
in this date, our CEO state of mind are totally ready to run a new company and
business. Our company loan was approved by the government and also MARA on
10th February 2014, so our board of director have been meeting for three days
and choose 14th February as the date, the date where they are totally ready for
everything, if there is anything happend.
1.6 Factors Of Selecting The Business
Our company, KIT Network Enterprise, choose to producing an advance
pendrive which can being detect if the pendrive lost or being stole. We know that
the community always lost their pendrive and our product give them the solution
of their problems.
Our product make community saves their money and make them not spending
more in order to save their important and specific data.
On top of that, our pendrives are very accessible and universal for all individuals
who use them for business, school, or even personal use. They make wonderful
accessories as computer hardware and have many advantages for their use.
Beside, our pendrive is very small making it easy to fit into business cases,
purses, or suitcases. The size also makes it comfortable for carrying from one
place to another, sending it via postal mail, and also for storing with other
computer hardware and software. Most of our pendrives are no larger than a
square pink eraser.
Lastly, our products is affordability. That is why we choose this business instead
of helping our company, we also want to make our community become more
better from now. Our product, pendrives, for the most part are inexpensive and
can fit a person's needs and budget. The larger storage units that have a unit of 32
gigabytes may be more expensive than those that may only store around 4
gigabytes. A person can purchase a pen drive based on the unit of her storage
needs.
1.7 Future Prospect Of The Business
Our expectations for this Network devise based company for the coming 10 years
is that we have stable and strong management in the company that can generate
more profit by not ignoring our quality. All this can be achieved by opening lots
of franchise firstly in Malaysia and next Asia Pacific market. We also export our
product to the most potential Asia Pacific country as such Indonesia, Thailand,
China, Japan to be our global customer because we believe that if all this been
realize we can make from 30%-65% annual return on our investment with the
right location. We will also introduce lots of new products that will open the eye
of Malaysian and the world. This 10 years plan will generate more income for us
and also make Malaysia well known throughout the world and make world
believe that Malaysian able to be the best in what they do.
2.0 PURPOSE OF PREPARING BUSINESS PLAN
a) To view and evaluate the proposed business venture in an objective, critical and
practical manner.

A business plan helps an entrepreneur to work, monitor, and evaluate the companys progress.
An entrepreneur of a small business company can seek the help of family and friends in
market research. An entrepreneur is often the first sounding board for a new business
proposal. The entrepreneur can view and evaluate the proposed business venture in an
objective, critical, and practical manner through strengthens, weakness, opportunities, and
analysis (SWOT). Moreover, an entrepreneur needs to expose the new business proposal to a
larger audience usually the potential target audience.
b) As an opportunity for the entrepreneur to assess the business ventures.

An entrepreneur can study any business in a practical and critical approach. Owners and
investors of new business ventures must pay close attention to the potential value of the
venture, they must predicted to determine the exactly profit and loss for the business. By

business. We are also easier to get raw materials and that is main reason why we choose
this place. As we know Bayan Lepas is town of Manufacturing Industry.
5.2 BUILDING


In our building divide 3 sectors that is Department, Factory and Loading Bay.
DEPARTMENT

In department have two floors and at the first floor we have company facilities such rest room,
prayer room and staff room. In the second floor, we have our main office which is General
Manager Room, Administrative Manager Room, Marketing Manager Room, Operation
Manager Room and Financial Manager Room.
We also do the renovation in our office to ensure our workers feel comfortable. We provide
good condition in our office such as computer, tables and chairs, set of sofa make their feel
rest when tired. We are also provides some facilities to our workers such as rest room and
prayer room to our Muslim workers.
FACTORY

We are produce ours product at this factory. We make that factory to close with ours office
because easy to monitor the operation of product. If have problem at factory we can come
faster and solve the problem with softly.
In ours factory, we provide the facilities such machine to produce our product. We are
depending on machinery with the machine has high quality and do not fully use the labor. At
this our factory we have a large of workers than in department. We make the packaging at
here before transfer the product to the loading bay.
LOADING BAY

A loading bay is an area of a building where goods vehicles. After the product done produce
and packaging, we just moved the product into this loading bay. Loading bay are part of our
facility's service or utility infrastructure, typically providing direct access to staging areas,
storage rooms, and freight elevators.
In this loading bay we are provide some of lorry to our suppliers and then to the stores that
sell our product.
