The Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival welcomes you to
participate in our 2014 Festival, which will be held 1/31/14 through 2/2/14. Setup will be between 1:00PM 4PM on Friday, 1/31/14, with our Grand Tasting event to occur that evening. The Festival draws over 5,000 people in attendance during the 3-day event. Its a great opportunity to market your business!

Each Chocolatier is encouraged to offer samples to attendees. Whats New? This year weve added additional coordinators to help with organization to better serve you, our greatest supporter! Weve enlarged aisle-ways, and taken necessary steps to make the flow of our Festival attendees a much more enjoyable experience. Exhibitor Fee: Standard Booth: $175 (per 8'x11' booth) and $225 for Premium Corner Booths, (which are limited!) Booth prices increase to $250 (Standard Booth, 8'x11') and $300 (Premium Corner Booths), after 1/5/14 Electricity: If you require electricity, youll need to include an additional $25.00 for hookup, (which is charged by the Convention Center.) Hospitality Room: A Hospitality Room will be set up for Exhibitors & Festival Volunteers with water, coffee and various snacks. Note: The Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival reserves the right to deny any application. In the event of denial of application, a full refund will be issued. Exhibit Space: Booth space is 8x11'. One 8 skirted table and 2 chairs will be provided. Booths must be staffed at all times. We have found that it is best to have at least three (3) people manning each booth. Electricity is available for additional $25.00 charge for entire weekend. Please indicate the number of amps needed____________. (If you plan to utilize a tent, please contact a coordinator to discuss.)
Temporary Food Establishment Permit: An application for a Temporary Food Establishment Permit from the New Hanover County Health Department may be required. Link to the Health Department from our website for more information. The request for a permit must be submitted to NHCHD 30 days prior to event. NHCHD will contact you after your request received. Cleanliness Standards: Vendors are responsible for their exhibit area. All displays should be kept neat and clean. All tables should be covered to the floor. Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a clean area during set-up, show hours and to ensure their area is completely clear of all trash and debris during dismantling.

The Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival is not responsible for any items stolen, damaged, lost or any other misappropriation of items for the duration of the event, including set-up and tear- down times. ____I further agree to indemnify, save harmless, and defend The Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival, its successors in interest from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, debts, liabilities, and attorneys fees arising out of, claimed on account of, or in any manner predicated upon loss or damage to the property of and injuries to or death of any and all persons whatsoever, in any manner caused or contributed, to or by the vendor, its agents, or employees while in, upon, or about The Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival facility where the booth is located, or while going to or departing from the same, and to indemnify and save harmless The Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival, its successors in interest from any liability that, The Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival may suffer as the result of acts of negligence, fraud or misconduct Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival any vendors agent or employees on or about The Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival grounds. _____I release The Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival from any and all liability for loss or damage to property and merchandise used by the vendor in the operation of the concession due to theft, fire, storm, flood, and damages through any force of nature or otherwise.
______Publicity Release: I further grant The Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival permission to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or any other record of my participation in the festival for any legitimate reasons. Each applicant is responsible for obtaining Special Event Permit. Permits must be on site and available for inspection.
