program at UC Berkeley formed

I hope that if you conclude
anything at all upon reading this
thesis, it is this: more needs to be
written on the Cambodian
economy.
Universities are based
on the illimitable
freedom of the human
mind for here we are
not afraid to follow
truth wherever it may
lead, nor to tolerate any
error so long as reason
is left free to combat it.
Fast-Forward to 2011
And on 18
March 2011, I
received a
letter from
James Rogers.
This was more planning than the
US invasion of Iraq!
(I can say this with some authority
because I teach courses to junior
military officers on how to rebuild
countries after conflict.)
Rewind to a couple of months
The June 4-10 print edition of

I had six minutes to tell my story.
Today, I have a little more time to
reflect on my familys and my own
journey.

Once upon a time ... there was a regime so evil that it created an
antisociety where torture was currency and music, books, and love
