Introduction

Vehicle Tracking System Software (TrackIt) is a web based software helps to track the vehicles
movement with the help of GPS and GPRS supported devices. This software helps to track the
vehicles live position, vehicle speed, Mileage, Oil level, idling time etc., based on the device sensor
capabilities. Vehicle position will be decided using Global Position System (GPS) technology and
vehicle movement will be shown on Google and other variety of maps. This software can integrate
with variety of GPS/GPRS devices.

Reports

1) Idling Report => shows how long a vehicle is kept on idling in a given day.
2) Distance Report => shows how much distance a selected vehicle(s) are travelled in a given
day.
3) Stoppage Report => shows how many times and where the vehicle has been stopped for a
given day.
4) Daily Report => shows the summary of a day activity of a given vehicle.
5) Speed Report => shows the Speed variation in 4 hour interval for the selected dates
6) Speed Report Chart => shows the graphical view of speed variation

7) Travel Report => shows the distance travelled, duration travelled.
8) Fuel Graph report => shows fuel variation ensuring no fuel theft happened.

Manage Boarding Points in a Route
This feature is very useful for school buses, office cabs. Based on the routes, subscribed users can
get an sms alert as soon as the vehicle comes within 250/500 meters of the boarding point.
This can be achieved in 4 steps: 1) Create a Route 2) Create Notification Scheme 3) Mark boarding
points along the route and provision mobile numbers for vehicle arrival notification 4) Assign the
Route to a Vehicle.
