COTS & GOTS Design and Integration
Oversight to NMCIs (Navy Marine Corps Intranet) modified Class C subnetting and TCP/IP ISNS (Integrated
Shipboard Network System) configurations for integration of 8 cross-platform COTS UNIX/Windows
servers/operating systems through CLI (Command Line Interface).
Administration of GOTS IATS (Information Assurance Tracking System) message handling system and
software maintaining 99.58% reliability to over 50 facilities world-wide; ensuring reliable secure telecommuni-
cation services to US Naval afloat forces in areas of National interest.
Reverse Engineering
Assistant Lead in reverse engineering integration of $3.2 million dollar C4I (Command, Control,
Communications, Computers, & Intelligence telecommunications) COMPOSE 3.5 network installation
consisting of 10 Servers, 3 Cisco Routers, 2 Juniper Switches, and 400 Workstations.
Accountable for implementation and maintenance of Navys $50 million dollar legacy modified COTS
telecommunication hardware and network software technologies, increasing efficiency and reliability to
military and private sector customers in the Pacific Theatre.

workstations with modified COTS/GOTS (Commercial/Government of the
Shelf) COMPOSE 3.5 software.
Drafted 119 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for USN on network and
telecommunication systems.
Orchestrated Tier-1,2,3, N topology computing environments for command,
control, intelligence, logistics, tactical systems, and establishment of DMZ for
Navy off-ship router interfaces, United States Marine Corp (USMC), and
Aerospace Squadrons.
