Races start*9inish by Ski Centre building.
Main races 9ollo6 laps clock6ise around the FHillG course. "here is a 9lat course 9or no2ice @ younger skiers.
Races 6ill be in a "i5e "rial 9or5at 6ith skiers starting at )=sec inter2als.
Races 6ill be di2ided into heats so that there are no 5ore than )= skiers in each heat. "he nu5ber o9 heats 6ill
be deter5ined by nu5ber o9 entrants on the day.
RE%AHS.
!n the a9ternoon there 6ill be Club relays using the 9lat course.
Relay tea5s 6ill co5prise 1 skiers.
"he plan is to run the relays in t6o races: U)1 'M*, @ U)/*Sen*.et 'M*,. Ad hoc tea5s 6ill be allo6ed but it
is hoped that clubs*groups 6ill enter tea5s.

All skiers are re:uested to ski in a sa9e @ considerate 5anner> especially around the younger skiers.
"he track is narro6. "o enable sa9e o2ertaking the 9aster skier should shout FtrackG> on hearing this the slo6er
skier should 5o2e to one side 'generally the inside,> double pole @ lea2ing enough space 9or o2ertaking skier.
!t is the responsibility o9 the 9aster> o2ertaking skier to a2oid contact 6ith the slo6er skier. %ike6ise the slo6er
5ust not obstruct the o2ertaking skier.
Slo6er skiers do not ha2e to gi2e 6ay on the one steep do6nhill> they 5ay 5aintain their racing line 6ithin the
5arked Ione. aster skiers 5ay o2ertake on this hill i9 there is clearly su99icient space> i9 not they 5ust control
their speed until past 5arker.

inner*5iddle*outer loops o9 the Huntly track. "hese 6ill be 9ollo6ed by "ea5 Sprints o9 paired skiers each
skiing three laps using the 14/5 5iddle @ +C(5 !nner loops.
