    Michael Marquez/Officer James Perdue Officer-Involved Shooting Report Released


    Albuquerque, NM The Second Judicial District Attorneys Office announces the release of
    its internal review of an Officer-Involved Shooting. The shooting involved Officer James Perdue
    and the death of Michael Marquez on August 30, 2011.
    The District Attorneys Findings Report and other documents may all be found on the District
    Attorneys public website: http://2nd.nmdas.com/. The website also contains our office protocol
    used during this review process.
