Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) has agreed
to give the Sabah state government a 10 per
cent stake in Liquefied Natural Gas Sdn Bhd 9
(LNG 9) in Bintulu, Sarawak.
Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd, the wholly-
owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Bhd
(PNB), today announced a 6.60 sen dividend for
a unit of the Amanah Saham Wawasan 2020
(ASW 2020) for the financial year ending August
31, 2014. In announcing the dividend, PNB
chairman Tun Ahmad Sarji Abdul Hamid said
the dividend was a decline of 0.10 sen a unit
from the 6.70 sen declared last year.
Malaysia is well on course to cement its
leadership in the global oleochemical industry,
with approved project-related investments
hitting RM13.8 billion for the period of January-
May.
