Bill Sequence

Masterbill Elite provides the user with full sortation features which enable the Bill to be produced in any
one of the following sequences:
The sequence selected will dictate the order in which the Bill will be produced and whether items with the
same descriptions are added together or kept separate.
Examples
A Bill includes the following Parts, Elements and Workgroups:
Parts: Block A, Block B
Elements: Substructures, Frame, Upper Floors
Workgroups: D--- GROUNDWORK, E--- IN-SITU CONCRETE/ LARGE PRECAST CONCRETE,
FMASONRY
If the Workgroup sequence was selected then the Bill would include:
all Groundwork items followed by
all In-Situ Concrete items followed by
all Masonry items
No distinction would be made whether the items came from Block A or Block B Parts, or Substructures,
Frame or Upper Floors Elements.
Items with the same descriptions would be added together as long as they were in the same Workgroup.
If the Workgroup in Parts sequence was selected then the Bill would include:
all Groundwork items for Block A followed by
all Groundwork items for Block B, followed by
all In-Situ Concrete items for Block A, followed by
all In-Situ Concrete items for Block B, followed by
all Masonry items for Block A, followed by
all Masonry items for Block B.
No distinction would be made whether the items came from Substructures, Frame or Upper Floors
Elements.
Items with the same descriptions would be added together as long as they were in the same Workgroup
and Part.
If the Workgroup in Parts in Elements sequence was selected then the Bill would include:
