Greetings in the name of Jesus!

This is regarding my problem at the Q.C. Bldg permit ______ for almost a year now. I am an
owner of Two (2) storey residential house located at San Pedro, Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon
City. I acquired the said house and lot where it is erected by purchased from Mila Araneta
sometime in the year 2000. At the time of acquisition, the house is already constructed on the lot
where it is now erected. The house is already old and dilapidated, hence, I made some
renovations to make the structure more safe and conducive for habitation. I did not extend the lot
area since the wall and the fence are allegedly within the boundaries of the lot as represented by
the former owner Mila Araneta.

Sir, I did not also make any relocation survey since I relied so much on the documents
presented to me by Ms. Mila Araneta. I am not also aware that the house has encroached portion
of the open space as they said I acquired the house and lot in good faith and for value from Ms.
Mila Araneta who sold to me as is the structure.

The renovation is just minor to make some improvements on the house without securing the
requisite building permit from the office of the City Bldg. Officials believing in good faith that
the improvements particularly in the interior part of the house does not require building permit.
Nonetheless, I am willing to secure the requisite building permit and pay the corresponding fees
to settle any controversy regarding the renovation of my house on the place where it is erected.

I am seeking your kind and HUMANITARIAN CONSIDERATION to help me settle my
obligations to the office of the building officials. It is not true that the whole homeowners of the
said subdivision is complaining against the possible encroachment, ang totoo po niyan ay noon
nahulihan sila ng MERALCO na may illegal connection ako yung pinaghinalaan nila na
nagsumbong, doon na po nag umpisa yung problema.

Attached is the deed of sale as a proof that Im the second owner and that I reiterate boundaries
were already determined by a wall, when I bought, I only continued the wall that was already
constructed by the former owner. Also attached are Xerox copy of my real estate Taxes, if I
personally assessed parang sobra-sobra ng binabayaran kop o sa mga ibang kapitbahay ko yan
din ang dahilan ko kung bakit hindi na ako kukuha ng building permit, worst baka tataas pa ang
babayaran ko if I do so.

That the accused who comes in good faith is begging for the indulgence and the magnanimity of
the Honorable Mayor to consider my application building permit and to approved my offer to
buy said encroached area of 4 square meters as they said and that I pray that the same be restored
as it was in the name of HUMANITARIAN CONSIDERATION
