It is with immense pleasure that Lahore Grammar School (Paragon City Campus) cordially invites your school to its
very first art & performing arts competition, Grammar Fest 2014, which is scheduled to be held from the 25
th
till the
28
th
of September 2014, at LGS Paragon, Lahore.
Grammar Fest is an all Pakistan performing arts competition organized by our societies, which provides a platform for
the youth to discover and utilize their creativity. The event will host people from different schools and universities so
that they may showcase their talent on the big stage. There will be thirteen categories this year:

1. Thematic Art
2. Sculpture
3. Sketching
4. Still Life
5. Dramatics
6. Battle of the Bands
7. Instrumental
8. Individual Singing (Western)
9. Individual Singing (Eastern)
10. Fashion Exhibition
11. Fashion Illustration
12. Short Film
13. Photography

The aim of the competition is to appreciate and recognize emerging talent providing them a platform where they can
showcase their originality and artistry. It also serves as a catalyst for the youth to hone their talents and make them
assets of their nation in the future. This event will, truly, be a most memorable one.

Registration Process

The following points must be kept in mind while filling the Registration Form.
1. Incomplete registration forms i.e. incomplete fields/missing pictures/signatures will not be
accepted.
2. Each School must fill the Institution Registration Form.
3. Each participant must fill the individual registration form along with the marked category
they wish to participate in.
4. Each participant must abide to/sign the code of conduct.
5. Participants can participate in more than one event. (They must make sure that their events
do not clash in the schedule.)
6. Confirmation emails will be sent out to all the participants whose registration is received
and accepted.
7. Please do not assume participation until you receive a confirmation email.
8. LGS Paragon reserves the right to decline any participation.
9. Private delegations are allowed.
10. The deadline for sending in all forms is the 18
th
of September 14.

CODE OF CONDUCT:
You must refrain from the following:
1. Physical violence, use of foul language and misbehaving with the
Grammar Fests Management or other participants.
2. Damaging the school property or entering any restricted area.
3. Using unfair means to gain an advantage over the other participants in
an attempt to win a competition.
4. Arguing with the judges over the results. The results and the judges
decisions are final and cannot be questioned.
5. Smoking, use of alcohol or any other intoxicant on campus.
6. Creating excessive noise or disturbance on campus.
7. Portraying High degrees of violence, profanity, drug abuse and any
other offensive material.
8. Misusing any of the equipment provided by the management.

Team Grammar Fest will not be responsible for any belonging misplaced.
Management has the discretion of disqualifying any presentation that is
inappropriate, derogatory or plagiarized.
