WORK EXPERIENCE:
NOVEMBER 2006 – APRIL 2007:

Worked with Endurance Fitness Club as a Sales Associate / Receptionist.

My responsibilities included identifying potential customers and convincing them to buy a membership
via walk-ins, telephone and renewals. This job gave me a lot of exposure to dealing with different
types of people with different personalities as there was face-to-face interaction.

JULY 2005 – JULY 2006:

Worked at Solutiion Eyes BPO as a Customer Service Associate.

As a team of tele-callers, we were required to make outbound calls to UK, US and Australia to sell
mobile-phone connections. Having worked on different ‘Processes’ the necessary attributes required for
this role that I possess are ‘telephone etiquettes’, selling skills over the phone, team-work.
I also received the ‘Seller of the Month’ Award after being the top seller in the process for 4 straight
weeks along with ‘Best Seller’ Award in two of those weeks.

JANUARY 2005 – JULY 2005:

Worked with various Banks like ICICI, Citicorp, ABN-AMRO at various stages selling Home loans,
Personal loans or Credit-Cards.
This role required convincing potential customers to take Home-loans, Personal loans or Credit-cards
via telephone/walk-ins. As a loan is quite a risky object to discuss with a complete stranger, a lot of
personal interaction was required for this role and hence getting a person to part with his personal
details so as to benefit him from the service was quite a challenging task.
