Franai as a present for her granddaugh-
ters third birthday. She holds a Doctor-
ate of Philosophy from The University
of Texas at Austin. Currently an inde-
pendent education consultant, Dr. Little
has worked in public and private schools
and with multi-ethnic populations. She
believes that to succeed in our diverse,
high-tech, information-oriented global
society, todays youth must speak mul-
