of Western Washington. Responsibilities include telephone and client site prospect development,
needs assessment meetings, presentations, and heavy data entry.. Extensive travel involved daily
in local geographic area.

General Manager Seattle – responsible for opening new litigation support services office in
Seattle, which was the first expansion outside California for the company. Responsibilities
included strategic market planning, sales forecasting, business development, hiring sales and
production employees, training, project management and full P & L responsibility.

Responsibilities included managing a sales team of six outside sales representatives and four
customer service representatives.

Management Team for the Document Management Services division in Seattle of this
nationwide financial printing services company. The Seattle office was a start-up situation for the
rollout of the document management services division, providing legal reprographics, document
imaging, and facilities management services.
