OIC, Dr. Melinda N. Nagal at the same time our District Supervisor & Confirming Official, dear graduates, proud parents, Municipal, Barangay & PTA Officials, fellow Alumni of this institution, Visitors, Friends. . .
GOOD AFTERNOON!
Feeling of greatness and dignity reign in my heart for you had chosen me as your Guest of Honor & Speaker of todays significant occasion, the 66 th Commencement Exercises.
Before I go further with my speech, may I first congratulate the graduates, for today marks the attainment of your dreams. Today is a proof that you have surmounted the challenges of elementary
education.
Secondly, I want to congratulate your parents & guardians for you are now harvesting the fruit of your sacrifices. You have done a big part in molding these children from their birth until this very moment.
The next persons whom I would like to congratulate are of course the teachers. You have successfully done great responsibilities in bringing these children to what they are now. Your undying love, guidance and commitment to teach these children have made great changes in their lives. We can say that
they are now better persons because of you.
Building the Nations Future Leaders Through the K to 12 Basic Education or the K-12 Basic Education Program Tungo sa paghuhubog ng mga Makabagong Lider ng Bansa ito ang akmang tema ngayong hapon.
The transition to the K to 12 education system means change for everyone involved especially to you my fellow youth. When graduates leave schooling after year 12 they will be better, educated and that bit more mature. They will be even more ready to take place in our communities and to make excellent careers for themselves.
The improved education leads to a whole new world of opportunity which graduates will be ready to embrace. The standards of everything we do in this country will improve and be able to provide leadership in your chosen field. In turn it will develop the next generation.
Parents I urge you to be supportive and send your children to school until college. Ikarigatan yu kuma ida a pagadalen, kas kuna tay pagsasao, Ti kayamanan mapukaw ngem iti edukasyon saan daytoy iti kapatgan a tawid ta awit mo inggat inga na. Ket sikayomet nga ub-ubbing agadal kayo a nalaing. Saan nga dayta text nga ti text ti aramid yu. Di yu tultuladen tay istorya ni Pedro, agrubwat iti bigat nga apan ageskwela ngem saan met gayam ta apan makipuspusoy. Inton dandani ti panagluluto
Kasdiay man idi man sumaruno nga aldawen, inang paksiw nga galunggong ti kunana. Ay nalaing nga talaga toy barok, sige man ngarud ibagam man ti favorite subject mo! ay inang aritmetek! Agbilang ka man ngarud! Wen a! English pay kunana. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, JACK QUEEN, KING! awan ta pusoy ti nasursuro ni Pedro. Saan a nakaadal tambay pay la ingga itatta.
Dont ever think that only the honor students are the intelligent ones because everyone has our own potentials. If you want something, put your heart into it. Set your goals and strive to attain it. I believe that we make our own future. I am here today because of education and foremost hard work. And now Im giving back the gratitude to the community that was very supportive to me. I hope that someday, you will do the same. Always remember that Education is dignity, your assurance to have a progressive life. This is your investment to achieve prosperity.
