Introducing Timberwalks New Property Manager Greetings! Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Eric Vere. I will be your new Community Association Manager. A little about myself, I served in the United States Navy for approximately 21 years and have been in the property management profession for 14 years (both as a board member and as a Community Association Manager). As your Community Association Manager, I want you to know that I am committed to assisting you in any way possible. I look forward to working with the Board of Directors as well as the Timberwalk residents.

Of Gutters and Eaves Troughs The HOA Board would like to remind all Timberwalk owners concerning the cleaning and maintenance of all gutters on their building. The portion directly connected to each unit is that individual owners responsibility. This would include cleaning, repairing and replacing as necessary. Our Timberwalk Covenant, Article 8.3.1, states: Each Owner shall be exclusively responsible for performance of all maintenance obligations for their Unit that is not specifically assumed by the Association pursuant to this Declaration, including, without limitation, repair and replacement of all exterior elements of the Unit.

Gate and Remote Reminder A Timberwalk remote gate opener is used for entry only. Attempting to use the opener while exiting will open the entry gate unnecessarily. Exiting at the main gate (Toney Penna) both gates will open when a vehicle approaches and activates the gate mechanisms sensor. Please inform your guests who leave at the Bush Road gate that only the right-side opens for an exiting vehicle.
