I even gasp for breath sometimes, like I am not going to wake up. Also, when I do wake up my back has a stinging and burning sensation like Im catching the flu or something from the back. I was told to sleep on my right side. It makes a big difference for me. More restful and comfortable. Also, at 71, Im told, I look much younger than my age. Again, I remember reading an article that stated that a test was done on some military men, and it stated that most of those who slept on their backs had nightmare. Again, it was suggested that the best sleeping position was on the side with the knees slightly bent. Works fine for me.
