NIAC 2001 Annual Meeting Registration

We are looking forward to a successful NIAC 2001 Annual Meeting. However, security
concerns at NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) make planning ahead to attend paramount as
all non-NASA persons will be required to check in with Security at the ARC Main Gate and show
a picture identification to obtain a temporary badge for the two-day meeting. Access to ARC will
be granted based on an attendance list provided by NIAC to ARC Security of all personnel who
have registered with NIAC. Failure to provide the required registration information by the
respective registration deadlines contained in these instructions may result in access
being denied to the ARC.

To facilitate the administration and check-in process at ARC, NIAC would like for everyone to
notify Brandy Egan via email of their intentions to attend the Annual Meeting. In addition,
please provide the following information to brandy@niac.usra.edu regarding each individual
planning to attend the meeting:

Name:
Affiliation:
Complete Business Mailing Address:
Business Phone Number:
Email Address:
Nationality:

The respective deadline for attending the meeting is dependent on whether you are a US citizen
or not. If you are a US citizen, please see (A) below. If you are not a US citizen, please see (B)
below.

(A) The deadline for a US citizen to register is May 25, 2001.

(B) The deadline for a non-US citizen (foreign national) to register is May 1, 2001. If you
have not received a confirmation of the acceptance of your registration by May 31, you
should contact Brandy Egan (404-347-9633) at NIAC to confirm your status. If
applicable, the following may also apply:

- If any foreign national attendee has a green card, they are required to have the
green card with them at all times.

- Foreign nationals who do not have green cards will require an escort at all
times while on base. Representatives of some designated countries may not be
admitted to NASA Ames Research Center. You should contact NIAC as soon as
possible if you have any doubts or concerns about your eligibility to be
