Private and Public Elementary and High Schools that have not yet participated in our YES FOR PEACE Bayanihan para sa KKK as of July 20, 2014 are requested to participate, mail responses and send e-mail reports. --------------------------------------------
Day 1 (Fri). - Values Education / Araling Panlipunan Teachers shall guide Grade 4 to 10 students in answering the questionnaires. Three (3) questionnaires per pupil/student shall be needed. (One for pupil/student. Two for others parents, out-of-school siblings, housemates, friends, etc.)
May be copied/handwritten by pupils/students if no funds/donors/sponsors are available. Days 2 3 (Sat-Sun). Pupils / Students shall ask two of their parents, out-of-school siblings, housemates, friends, etc. to answer one YES FOR PEACE questionnaire each. Day 4 (Mon). During the Flag Raising Ceremony: 2

Three (3) Pupils/Students shall read one question each for Viva Voce response of their schoolmates.
One Pupil/Student shall lead the Panunumpa ng mga Kabayani para sa KKK (downloadable from yesforpeace.yolasite.com) or Oath/Commitment (please see bottom part of YES FOR PEACE questionnaire.) Pupils/Students shall prepare their respective Homeroom Tabulations under the guidance of their Advisers based on filled-up YES FOR PEACE questionnaires during their homeroom period. Day 5 (Tue). Supreme Pupil/Student Government Presidents and Secretaries shall prepare the School Summary based on Homeroom Tabulations under the supervision of their Adviser. Days 6 8 (Wed-Fri). On a day and time collectively agreed upon and set, Schools Division Superintendents (SDSs), District Supervisors (DSs), School Heads (SHs), Pupil/Student Government officers and Adviser shall: 1. Mail in the nearest Post Office packed filled-up YES FOR PEACE questionnaires, Homeroom Tabulations and School Summary addressed to: YES FOR PEACE Inter-Agency Technical Working Group c/o Office of the Postmaster General Philippine Postal Corporation Central Post Office, Liwasang Bonifacio 1000 Manila
