mation( Communications and %echnology (;C%!( as #ell as from %anzania Post( 7Services Commission and the Com7
munications Degulatory -uthority of %anzania$

%he 6elegation came on a #or'ing &enchmar'ing mission for the 8uduma Services Centres$ %hey had a chance to
visit the 8uduma Centre at *PO( 4airo&i and "acha'os Post Offices to get a feel of a County &usiness and customer
service in action$ %hey also discussed at length on issues of the 4ational Payment *ate#ay and other Postal 2usiness
innovations under#ay including Posta Pesa and the nterprise Desource Planning (DP! proEect implementation$
